Accepting these terms and how we change them
By registering an account, depositing funds or playing any game on this site, you confirm that you have read these terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside our privacy policy, our bonus terms and the rules of each individual game, all of which form part of the same agreement.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in regulatory guidance, in the payment methods we support or in the way the site works. Where a change is minor or purely administrative, we will publish the updated version on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you in advance by e-mail or by a message in your account, so that you have a reasonable opportunity to consider it.
The version of the terms published on this page is always the version that applies. If you continue to use your account after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept them, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance, subject to the checks described below.
Eligibility and your account
Age and residence
Gambling on this site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. It is a criminal offence for anyone under 18 to gamble, and we will close any account we find to belong to an underage person, void all play and return deposits where we are required to do so. Winnings generated by an underage account will not be paid.
Accounts are offered to residents of the United Kingdom. You must not use the site if the law where you are located prohibits online gambling, and you must not attempt to hide your location or identity in order to open or use an account.
One account per person
You may hold only one account with us. Duplicate accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person, may be suspended or closed. Where several accounts are linked by shared details, devices or payment methods, we may treat them as a single account and may void any bonus benefit obtained through the duplication.
Accurate details and keeping your login safe
The information you give us when you register must be true, complete and your own, and you must keep it up to date in your account settings. Incorrect details can delay verification and withdrawals.
- Choose a strong, unique password and do not reuse it on other sites.
- Do not share your username, password or one-time codes with anyone, including people claiming to work for us.
- Do not allow anyone else to play on your account, and keep your devices locked and secure.
- Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out using your login details, except where that activity results from our own failure.
Verification checks we carry out
We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify the people who hold accounts with us. We therefore check your identity, your age and your address, and we must complete these checks before your first withdrawal is paid. We may also run checks at other points, for example when you change your details or your payment method.
Most checks are completed electronically and you will not need to do anything. Where our records are incomplete, we will ask you to upload documents through your account, and we will tell you clearly what is needed.
In some circumstances we are also required to carry out source-of-funds checks and to ask about your financial circumstances. These requests are a regulatory obligation and are handled confidentially, in line with our privacy policy. If we cannot complete a check, or if the documents provided do not match the details on the account, we may restrict play, hold a withdrawal or close the account.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Paying money in
You may only deposit using a payment method held in your own name. Deposits are credited once the payment is authorised, and the methods available to you, together with any minimum and maximum amounts, are the ones shown in the cashier. We do not accept credit cards, in line with the rules that apply to gambling businesses in Great Britain.
Taking money out
Withdrawals are returned to the same method you used to deposit wherever that is possible. Where the original method cannot receive funds, we will pay to an alternative method in your name once we are satisfied that it belongs to you.
- Request the withdrawal in the cashier and check that the amount is available rather than tied to an active bonus.
- If verification is outstanding, the request is held as pending until the check is complete.
- Once approved, the payment is released to your chosen method and the time it takes to arrive depends on that provider.
Withdrawal minimums and maximums, and any processing periods, are the limits shown in the cashier and in your account at the time of the request.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, which are published with the offer and apply in addition to these terms. Those terms will set out the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the maximum stake allowed while a bonus is active, the games that contribute and the period before the bonus expires.
Bonuses are intended for genuine play. We may withdraw an offer, void a bonus and any winnings derived from it, and restrict future promotions, where we identify abuse of promotions: for example duplicate accounts, group or collusive play, stake patterns designed only to clear wagering with little risk, or breaching the maximum stake while a bonus is active.
Safer gambling, closing and suspending accounts
Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. Your account includes tools to help you stay in control: deposit limits, loss and session limits, reality checks, short time-outs and self-exclusion for a longer period. Limits that reduce your spending take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit take effect only after a cooling-off period.
If you self-exclude, we will close your account for the period you choose and stop sending you marketing. You can also exclude yourself from all online operators licensed in Great Britain through GamStop. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
You may close your account at any time by asking us in live chat or by e-mail. We may also close or suspend an account in the circumstances below.
| How the account ends | What happens to your balance |
|---|---|
| You ask us to close it, or you self-exclude | Any available balance is returned to you once verification is complete; active bonus funds are forfeited. |
| The account is dormant for a long period | We contact you first and return any balance to you; an administration charge may apply as set out in the cashier. |
| We suspend or close it for a breach of these terms | Deposits are returned where we are able to do so; winnings arising from the breach may be withheld. |
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. Contact our team through the live chat on the site or write to support@casinomrluck.co.uk, giving your username and a clear description of what happened. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and respond within a reasonable time, keeping you informed if we need longer to gather information.
If we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may refer it to the independent alternative dispute resolution provider we are required to use. Details of how to do that are given with our final response, and using the service is free of charge to you. Referring a complaint does not affect your legal rights.
We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games working correctly, but we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error free. Where a game, a bet or a payment is affected by an obvious error, a malfunction or a fault in the software, we may void the affected play and correct the account balance. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for faults in your own device or internet connection, or for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
