Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets and spins are placed, settled and paid at Mr Luck Casino. They cover general account rules, malfunctions, bonus play, live tables and what to do if you disagree with the outcome of a round.

General Rules That Apply to All Play
These rules apply to every bet, spin and hand placed through your account with us. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and the rules built into each individual game. Where a game's own rules or paytable deal with a point in more detail, those rules apply to that game.
- One account per player. You may hold one account only. Where we find duplicate or linked accounts, we may close the additional accounts and withdraw any bonus funds and winnings that came from them.
- Adults only. Play is open to people aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity and age of our players, and we may ask you for verification documents at any point before, during or after play.
- Real-money and bonus balance. Where your account holds both, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier. Winnings from bonus funds stay subject to the bonus terms until any wagering attached to them is complete.
- Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake, spin or hand, it cannot be cancelled, altered or taken back, including where the stake was larger or smaller than you intended.
- You play for yourself. You must place your own bets, using your own funds, from your own account. Sharing account access or playing on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
- Stake ranges and limits. The minimum and maximum stake for each game is shown in the game itself, and any limits that apply to your account are shown in your account and in the cashier.
It is your responsibility to understand how a game works before you stake real money on it. Most games can be opened in demo mode, and every game carries a help or information screen.
How Bets and Spins Are Settled
Every outcome is produced on the game server. The result recorded by the game server is the result that counts, and it is final. Where what you see on screen differs from the server record, because of a display fault, a slow connection or a browser issue, the server record decides the outcome and the payment.
Game rules and paytables
- Each game is settled under its own rules, paytable and winning combinations, as set out in that game's help screen.
- Wins are paid in line with the paytable for the stake actually played, not for a stake you intended to play.
- Where a game offers side bets, gamble features or bonus rounds, the rules for those features are shown within the game.
- The theoretical return-to-player figure is published in the information screen of each game. It is a long-run average across many rounds and does not predict the outcome of any single session.
Unfinished rounds
A round is settled only when it has been completed on the server. If you close a game with a feature still open, the round is held and continues from the same point the next time you open that game. Some games settle an open round automatically after the period set out in the game rules.
Currency and rounding
Stakes and wins are shown in the currency of your account and are rounded as described in the cashier. Any conversion applied to a payment method is handled by the provider of that method, not by us.
Malfunctions, Errors and Disconnections
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or the platform fails, any affected round is void, the stake for that round is returned to your account, and no winnings arising from the fault are paid, whatever the screen showed at the time.
- If you lose your connection, open the same game again. A round still in progress will resume from where it stopped, or will be settled automatically under the game's own rules.
- A round that has already been completed on the server is settled in the normal way, even if your connection dropped before the result reached your screen.
- Where an incorrect paytable, an incorrect odds display or a pricing error affects a bet, the bet is settled at the correct price or voided and the stake returned.
- We may suspend a game while a fault is looked into, and may correct balances that were credited in error.
- Faults caused by your own device, software or internet connection are outside our control, although the server record still determines the outcome of the round.
Playing With Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and free spins are played under the terms of the specific offer, in addition to these rules. Those terms are shown when you claim the offer and remain available in the promotions area of your account.
- A maximum stake applies while bonus funds or wagering are active. Bets above that level may be void, and any winnings from them may be removed.
- Games contribute towards wagering at the rates set out in the bonus terms, and some games are excluded altogether.
- Strategies designed to secure a guaranteed or low-risk return from a bonus, such as covering opposing outcomes on table games, are not permitted.
- Where a bonus expires, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings still tied to wagering are removed, and your real-money balance is unaffected.
| What applies | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | The terms shown when the offer is claimed |
| Maximum stake while a bonus is active | The terms of the offer and the game screen |
| Game contributions towards wagering | The terms of the offer |
| Expiry of bonus funds and free spins | The promotions area of your account |
Live Casino and Table Games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and are settled from the physical result at the table, recorded by the studio systems. Each table carries its own help screen setting out the rules, the side bets offered and the limits in force at that table.
- Bets must be placed within the betting time shown on screen. A bet that is not confirmed before betting closes is not accepted, and a late bet is returned.
- The dealer's call and the studio's record of the result decide the round. Where the dealer makes a procedural error, the studio rules for that table set out whether the round stands, is corrected or is void.
- Table limits, minimum and maximum stakes and the availability of side bets differ by table and are shown before you take a seat.
- Conduct in the chat must be civil. We may remove chat access, or close a session, where a player is abusive towards a dealer or other players.
- If a live round cannot be completed, for example because of a studio fault, the round is void and stakes for that round are returned.
Questions and Disputes About a Round
If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact us through live chat on the site or by e-mail at support@casinomrluck.co.uk, and we will look into it.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are using.
- The round or transaction reference, which is shown in the game history in your account.
- The stake placed and the result you saw on screen.
- A short description of what you believe went wrong.
We will acknowledge your message, check the server record of the round and come back to you with our findings. The server record and the game provider's logs are decisive in settling any difference between what was shown on your screen and the result recorded for the round. If you remain unhappy with our final answer, our complaints procedure explains how to take the matter to an independent body at no cost to you.
