Cookies Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, the kinds we set on our site and why, and the control you have over them. It applies to every page and to your account with us.

What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your computer, tablet or phone. They let a site recognise your device when you return, remember choices you have made, and keep pages working correctly as you move from one to the next.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way, such as pixels, tags and local storage. Where this policy says cookies, it covers all of them. Some are set by us directly, and some are set by the service providers who run parts of the site on our behalf.
In broad terms, we use cookies for the following purposes.
- We keep you signed in and keep your session secure for as long as you are playing.
- We remember settings such as your preferred language and the way the lobby is displayed.
- We make sure the account limits and safer gambling choices you have set are applied correctly.
- We detect unusual activity and help protect accounts from misuse or unauthorised access.
- We understand which pages and features are used, so that we can fix problems and improve them.
- We measure how our advertising performs and, where you agree to it, show you offers that are more relevant to you.
The types of cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories. Each one is described below with plain examples of what it is used for. Some last only until you close your browser (session cookies) and others stay on your device for a set period so we can recognise it on your next visit (persistent cookies).
Strictly necessary
These cookies deliver the service you have asked for. They keep you logged in as you move between the lobby, the cashier and your account, hold items such as your deposit request while it is being processed, balance traffic across our servers, and support the security checks that protect your account from unauthorised access. They also make sure deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion settings are applied to your session. These cookies cannot be switched off through our cookie notice.
Performance and analytics
These cookies tell us how the site is being used, in aggregate rather than by name. They count visits to a page, record which routes through the site people take, show us where a form or payment step fails, and measure how quickly pages load on different devices. We use what they tell us to fix faults and make the site easier to use.
Functionality
These cookies remember the choices you make so you do not have to repeat them. They can hold your language or currency display setting, remember that you have closed a notice, keep track of games you have opened recently, and allow features such as live chat to work properly when you contact our support team.
Marketing
These cookies are used to measure the performance of our advertising and, where you have agreed, to limit how often you see the same message and make the offers you are shown more relevant. They may be set by advertising partners acting for us. If you do not accept this category, you will still see advertising, but it will be less closely matched to your interests.
| Category | What it is for | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Logging in, security, cashier and account limits | No |
| Performance and analytics | Counting visits and finding faults | Yes |
| Functionality | Remembering your settings and live chat | Yes |
| Marketing | Measuring adverts and tailoring offers | Yes |
How to manage cookies in your browser and on our site
You have two ways to control cookies on this site: our own cookie notice, and the settings built into your browser.
- Our cookie notice. When you first visit, you are asked which categories you accept. You can open the notice again at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer and change your choices there.
- Your browser settings. Every modern browser lets you see the cookies stored on your device, delete them, block cookies from particular sites, or block them all. These controls are usually found in the privacy or security part of the settings menu.
- Private browsing. Opening the site in a private or incognito window clears cookies when you close it, so your choices are not carried over to your next visit.
- Your device. On a phone or tablet, the operating system settings may also let you limit advertising identifiers that work in a similar way to marketing cookies.
Changes you make in your browser apply to that browser on that device only. If you use more than one device, or more than one browser, you will need to set your choices on each of them. Clearing your cookies also clears the record of your consent, so the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit.
What happens if you block cookies
Blocking or deleting cookies is your choice, but parts of the site rely on them. If you block all cookies, or clear them part-way through a visit, you may notice the effects set out below.
- You may be unable to sign in, or you may be signed out repeatedly while you are playing.
- A deposit or withdrawal started in the cashier may not complete as expected.
- Settings such as language, display options and notices you have closed may not be remembered.
- Live chat and other support tools may fail to open correctly when you need them.
- Games may fail to load, or may not resume at the point where you left them.
Changes to this policy and how to reach us
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use, add a new feature, or when the law or guidance that applies to us changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and we will ask for your consent again where that is required.
How we handle the personal data collected through cookies, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it are explained in our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside this page.
If you have a question about this policy, want to know more about a particular cookie, or would like help changing your settings, contact our support team by e-mail at support@casinomrluck.co.uk or through the live chat on the site. We will look into your query and reply as soon as we can.
