Our commitment to you

We treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a way to earn money or to deal with financial pressure. The games on this site are built so that, over time, they return less than players stake. The only sensible way to play is with money you can comfortably afford to lose.

Before you deposit, decide what you are willing to spend and how long you want to play for, and treat that figure as the cost of an evening out. When the money is gone, the session is over. Our tools exist so that this decision is made in advance rather than in the middle of play.

You must be 18 or over to open an account, deposit or place a bet with us. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity and age of every player before withdrawals are released. Where an account cannot be verified, it is closed.

The tools in your account

Every account includes a set of safer gambling controls. You will find them in the responsible gaming area of your account settings and you can switch them on yourself at any time. If you would prefer us to apply a control for you, write to support@casinomrluck.co.uk or speak to our live chat team and we will set it up.

Deposit, loss and session limits

A deposit limit caps what you can pay in over a day, a week or a month. A loss limit caps your net losses across the period you choose, taking winnings into account. A session limit caps how long a single visit can last and logs you out once the time runs out.

A lower or stricter limit takes effect immediately. A request to raise or remove a limit is held for a cooling-off period before it applies, and you can cancel that request at any point while it is pending.

Reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion

A reality check interrupts play at an interval you set and shows how long you have been playing and what you have won or lost. A time-out closes your account to play for a short fixed period. Self-exclusion is a firmer step lasting a minimum of six months, during which you cannot log in, deposit or place a bet, and your account is not reopened automatically when the period ends.

While a time-out or self-exclusion is in place we remove you from our marketing lists. Any remaining balance is returned to you using the method shown in the cashier.

Signs that gambling may be a problem

Difficulty rarely appears overnight. It usually shows itself in small changes to spending, mood and routine. Look over the points below honestly and with your recent play in mind.

  • You spend more money or more time than you intended, and this happens often.
  • You play to win back losses, or deposit again straight after a losing session.
  • You gamble with money set aside for rent, bills, food or debts.
  • You borrow money, sell belongings or use credit in order to keep playing.
  • You hide how much you play or lose from family, friends or colleagues.
  • You feel restless, anxious or irritable when you try to cut down or stop.
  • Gambling interferes with work, study, sleep or time with the people close to you.
  • You gamble to escape stress, boredom or low mood rather than for enjoyment.
  • Someone close to you has raised concerns about your gambling.

If several of these apply, set a deposit limit or take a time-out today and speak to one of the organisations below. None of them will judge you and none of them will charge you.

Where to get help

Free, confidential and independent support is available across the United Kingdom. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral or a crisis to make contact.

  • GambleAware is a charity that provides clear information about gambling harm and funds free treatment and advice services across Great Britain.
  • GamCare offers free counselling and structured support, one to one and in groups, both for people who gamble and for the family members affected.
  • GamStop is the free national self-exclusion scheme: one registration blocks you from every gambling site licensed in Great Britain for six months, one year or five years.
  • The National Gambling Helpline is a confidential line staffed by trained advisers at any hour, who can talk through your situation and point you towards local services.

Registering with GamStop closes your access to this site along with every other licensed site. Many banks also allow you to block gambling payments from your card or current account, and independent blocking software can prevent gambling sites from opening on your devices.

Protecting minors

Gambling by anyone under 18 is unlawful and we take active steps to prevent it. Age and identity checks are carried out when an account is opened and again before funds are paid out. Where an account holder turns out to be underage, the account is closed, any winnings are void and deposits are returned.

Most underage access happens on a shared device rather than through a new registration, so the care you take at home matters. We recommend the following steps:

  1. Keep your login details private and never let another person use your account.
  2. Do not save your password or card details in a browser on a shared computer, tablet or phone.
  3. Lock your devices with a passcode or biometric check and log out when you finish playing.
  4. Install parental control or filtering software, which can block gambling sites on a household's devices and restrict use by age.
  5. Keep payment cards and banking apps out of reach of children and check statements regularly.
